The Global Mandate
Financial inequality is a systemic challenge that stifles human potential. Cent Capital's mission is anchored in the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This pledge outlines our commitment to leveraging fintech to address the root causes of inequality.
Our Theory of Change
Aligning Capital with Conscience
We reject the notion that financial services are neutral. Our core philosophy is that fintech must be intentionally designed to promote equity. We measure success not just by profit, but by our contribution to:
- Target 10.1: Sustaining income growth for the bottom 40%.
- Target 1.4: Ensuring equal rights to economic resources.
- Target 10.c: Reducing remittance costs to less than 3%.
The 4 Pillars of Our Pledge
I. Economic Empowerment
We design products to increase disposable income for the bottom 40%, prioritizing affordable access for the unbanked.
II. Systemic Inclusion
We proactively design against discriminatory barriers, paying special attention to the financial exclusion of women.
III. Ethical Finance
We pledge to keep remittance costs below 3% and direct capital flows to Least Developed Countries (LDCs).
IV. Radical Transparency
We will publish an annual, independently audited Social Impact Report detailing our progress against these KPIs.
A Call to Collective Action
The challenge of global inequality is too vast for one company. We call on investors, professionals, and consumers to choose financial services that reflect their values. Together, we can accelerate the transition to a more equitable financial system.
